Felix and Saxon were so sweet together and I loved how they’d both been pining for each other for years, without realising it. I haven’t been able to find a book that would work for me and allow me to lost myself into it during the last few months, but i’m so happy to report that this one finally did it.

But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. These two have been best friends for years, going so far as to share an apartment, to the point they're almost co-dependent.

I completely get that it’s standalone but other than some bratty but well intentioned interference from Felix’s assistant there wasn’t very much outside interaction. This grossly oversimplified understanding has created many complexities in our lives and taken away from us the very fundamentals of the joy of living.
