It's very easy to set up, we don't have an outside tap but was no problem running a hose from the kitchen sink. There are a few different nozzle attachments (I used the short one which sprays water flatter than the second, which is longer and produces more of a halo), a foamer and the patio cleaner (which I haven't used yet so this review does not reflect it).

The pressure washer is well built I like the fact that the pressure head is metal and will not wear out. The Karcher is a much more solid machine but based on my experiences the Karcher is short lived so the Nilfisk looks a better option so far.
