While the Queen Anne’s Revenge was a pretty cool ship, where was the Black Pearl, Captain Jack Sparrow’s beloved ship? Recommendation: If you like boats, if you like Jack Sparrow, if you like pirates, if you like to build stuff, if you like coolness, if you like LEGOS, then get this set - NOW! While Connor is pleased with the realism I have to admit I think it could be a bit longer, and not sit quite so low in the “water”.

Pros: The assembly process is very easy on the eyes as the instructions manuals (there are 2 of them, yup it's that cool) and it's fine for people, like me, who has a bit of a nimble fingers. I do agree that the back of the ship could be better, especially after the last two ships had very decrotative backs. I do kind of like the walkway on either side of the ship where people can stand, but that's about it. Connor’s only complaint was the eyes, which he thought were a bit too ‘zombie’ and I had to agree.
