Oh, this was a pleasant surprise that was not spoiled on the box – Day 22 gives us another minifigure, Harry’s arch-nemesis Draco Malfoy from House Slytherin! Hopefully next year we get a combination of this year’s format, and last year’s stunning micro builds. Following on from Harry’s journey into Gringotts, we arrive at the vaults, containing Harry’s inheritance left to him by his late parents. There’s a lot more room for improvement, and I hope if they continue with the Harry Potter Advent Calendars, we’ll go back to building a specific scene or location, or just have a more cohesive experience where you get to connect all the builds together to form a much larger scene.

The 24 gifts found within this special holiday calendar combine easily with all other LEGO Harry Potter sets for endless creative building, imaginative play and impressive displays. The ticket is from the new Hogwarts Express set and Luna's glasses and the tall stand for there golden minifigures are from: https://blockwarts. Although, the board itself is kind of a spoiler, you can make some very good guesses about what kind of thing is coming each day….

My suggestions add some extra bricks, but it should still be less than what was in the 2020 Calendar. Looking at the plot progression, and the silhouette of Day 12’s build… it’s probably a no-brainer that we’ll get for Day 12! The proportion is much more to my liking, and I guess it makes it a little different than the previous years. Discover a new Harry Potter Advent Calendar 2023 with plenty of jewellery and accessories from the wizarding world!

The Lego advent calendar provides enough entertainment and daughter lives Harry Potter, so it was a mega treat. And that’s it for Day 16 – no building required, but it’s nice to get some more Wizarding items, and also a chocolate frog card. I’ll update this post each day, as I don’t really enjoy the practice of creating new posts for each day as it keeps it so much cleaner. With LEGO going hard into the Harry Potter theme, it’s puzzling that they would not invest in a Galleon tile, which would make so much sense as it’s the most valuable denomination of wizard currency. The free standing calend a r is decorated with the enchanting Hogwarts Crest and will be a lovely Xmassy addition to any home this festive season! Day 1 starts off slow and easy, with a Privet Drive sign, along with an envelope resting on the sign.

Below, I’ve shown how to build it step by step for those who might struggle making sense of the instructions. Overall, it's a fantastic pre-Christmas gift that offers a uniquely creative Harry Potter experience and fun.I completely missed how the black piece played into this build and the proper orientation, so now it looks a LOT better than when I first set it up. If you want to keep up to date with the post, use the link to the right of the page – it’ll be there for the duration of December. VERDICT: Prisoner of Azkaban fans need to grab Buckbeak to fly and get this super set full of fantastic minifigures.

This looks like a bit of an uninteresting wall, but of course, it’s the hidden entrance to Diagon Alley! That all being said, check back in tomorrow on Christmas Eve for the final build on Day 24, and for a wrapup of the 2021 Harry Potter Advent Calendar! The two towers both rotate fully, by 360 degrees, revealing hidden drawers from which you will conjure up an exclusive Harry Potter gift for each day of December, leading up to Christmas Day. Not gonna lie, when I first saw this build in the calendar listing I had no idea what it was supposed to be and I am a HP fanatic. With 24 windows to be opened every day until Christmas, your month of December will be made of lots of nice surprises!
