The quests are granted by Orukan in your garrison. This NPC stands next to Izzy Hollyfizzle at the center of you garrison. Comment by jjanchan ***As of this afternoon (October 19, 2015), the previously used method to loot Arachnis multiple times a day has been stealth hotfixed - the items from the corpse will now be sent to you in the mail if not looted, and you will receive no loot on subsequent kills in a day. Thus, you can only loot this mob once daily.***If you have cancelled the garrison decoration as above, speaking to Izzy again and selecting "Make my garrison ready for a Hallow's Eve party." will reapply the decorations.
